Inviting Collaborators and Assigning Roles

CUBE365 allows you to add as many collaborators as you want--at no additional cost--to help unlock the value of your videos!  All Members of your Account will be able to see, share and copy/revise all Clips made by other Members.  Once an invited Member has accepted your invitation to collaborate, you have the option to promote them to be an Account Manager, which enables them to link other YouTube channels to the account, manage transcripts, invite new Members/collaborators--and more.

To add Members, go to the Account Dashboard and click on the Roles & Permissions tab on the left and then click on the + Add User button at the top right corner of the page.  Then add one or more email addresses of people you want to invite to be Members of your account and click on the Search button. If any of the email addresses are recognized as existing users of CUBE365, their full name and 'avatar' will appear; for emails not recognized as existing CUBE365 users, you will be prompted to add a full (first and last) name, which can be updated later by the invited member.

Once your invitation to join your Account is accepted by an existing user of CUBE365, or a new user account is created prompted by your invitation, you then have the option to 'promote' that user to become a Manager of your account.  Here's a short video demonstration of how to invite Members and assign Managers to your Account:
