Sharing a Clip
The CUBE365 offers several ways to share clips, but there are many advantages in sharing via Twitter.
When you share a clip on Twitter via CUBE365, you’ll be presented with a share modal that includes the full 240 character tweet with the clip title, any handles and hashtags, and a link to the clip.
Your tweet will automatically generate a Twitter Card, which includes the video thumbnail, the clip duration, the card title, which by default, is the title of the source video, and the card description, which by default is the first couple hundred characters of the clip text. The info in the Twitter Card does not count towards Twitter’s 240 character limit. When somebody clicks on the thumbnail, the clip opens and plays inline.
To share a clip:
In the CUBE 365 editor, hover over the clip you want to share and press the info icon [i]. Make any edits to the metadata that you want to be included in your post.
Once you’re ready, click the Share button, then click on the Twitter icon. The share modal pops up and will be pre-populated with the metadata. When you’re ready, click Tweet to share your clip on Twitter.
To share a clip via MP4:
If you want to download an MP4 of your clip, you can do so here. With the MP4, you can manually upload it anywhere. It can take several minutes to generate an MP4 based on the length of your clip, but you can continue doing other work in the meantime.
